Jahmal Nichols is currently working on his first project as a band leader entitled "2 Worlds 1 Mind". The album is due to be released January 17, 2014 on iTunes and CDBaby. Jahmal will showcase both skills on electric bass and acoustic bass on this album but promises to take you on a musical journey that you will never forget and will spark a memory and good feeling through out. Jahmal will be joined by some of St. Louis' best musicians and singers including Theo Peoples, Montez Coleman, Cory James, Tiffany Elle, Jason Swaggler, Andre Thomas, Andre Exum, Anita Jackson, Eric Slaughter, Nick Schuelter, Phil Graves, Dave Grelle, and a few other special guest. So be on the look out....  

     Jahmal is available for studio/live recordings, tours as a sideman and as a leader, private instruction in person or via Skype, workshops and clinics. Jahmal is more than a bassist; he is a musician.
